The Role
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Erbil. You'll plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage our Meta Ads, create engaging content, and build a brand presence that people actually stop scrolling for.
What You'll Do
- Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (lead generation, awareness, retargeting)
- Create and oversee engaging social media content designed to maximize reach and virality
- Develop content ideas with a strong creative eye, visuals, hooks, formats, and storytelling
- Manage our Social Media presence day to day operations.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with property launches
- Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance.
- Identify growth opportunities across paid and organic channels
What We Need
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proven ability to create viral or high-engagement content. Show us your results
- Strong creative instinct, you know what stops a scroll and what gets shared
- Strong Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite skills
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and lead generation
- An analytical mindset is comfortable with reading data and making decisions from it
- Iraqi Arabic fluency required; Kurdish is a strong plus
