We're working exclusively with an agency that owns four fast-growing membership platforms supporting healthcare workers, teachers, carers and charity workers across the UK. As the business enters an exciting new phase of growth and brand evolution, they’re preparing for a major brand transformation alongside the arrival of several key industry hires. They’re now looking for a Creative Copywriter to help shape campaigns, sharpen brand voice, and create content that genuinely connects with their members, with the work you create playing a key role in the success of this next chapter.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded creative who knows how to balance personality with performance. You’ll work across CRM, email, paid social, blogs, web, seasonal campaigns and wider brand projects, producing content that feels relevant, engaging and human, whilst still delivering results.

You’ll be joining a collaborative marketing team where ideas are welcomed, creativity is encouraged, and there’s real opportunity to influence the direction of the brand as it continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

✍️ Writing high-performing copy across CRM, email, push notifications, social, web and digital campaigns

🎯 Translating commercial offers and promotions into engaging, audience-first messaging that drives action

🧠 Developing creative concepts and campaign ideas alongside designers and wider marketing stakeholders

📣 Creating content that genuinely resonates with teachers, healthcare workers, carers and charity workers

🔍 Owning copy quality across all outputs, editing, proofing and refining to an exceptional standard

🎨 Helping evolve and maintain tone of voice across multiple brands and channels

📊 Using performance data and audience insight to shape creative decisions and improve results over time

🤝 Contributing to campaign planning, brainstorming sessions and wider brand initiatives

What You’ll Bring To The Table

✔ 4–5 years’ experience within a copywriting or creative role, ideally within a consumer-focused brand or agency

✔ Strong experience writing for broad consumer audiences

✔ Commercial or retail experience with an understanding of performance-led messaging

✔ A portfolio that demonstrates versatility across channels and campaign styles

✔ Experience writing for CRM, email and lifecycle marketing with a clear understanding of engagement and conversion

✔ Strong conceptual thinking, equally comfortable generating ideas and executing them

✔ Excellent attention to detail and a genuine care for quality

✔ A collaborative, low-ego approach with strong communication skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
