Role Overview: We are seeking a disciplined, high-output Creative Content Specialist to manage digital asset production and scheduling across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8). This role is centered on high-quality delivery, technical precision, and independent project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Production: Design professional-grade carousels and edit high-resolution video reels for daily distribution.
- Repurposing & Formatting: Efficiently repurpose primary assets across secondary platforms while maintaining platform-specific formatting standards.
- Email Marketing: Design and deploy bi-monthly aesthetic email campaigns.
- On-Site Capture: Local Houston-based event attendance to capture high-quality raw footage and community engagement.
- Operational Management: Maintain a rigorous production calendar, meet all deliverable deadlines, and generate weekly performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in Digital Content Production, Graphic Design, or Social Media Management.
- Location: Must be based in Houston/Greater Houston for on-site footage capture.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Canva (typography/layout) and CapCut or Adobe Premiere (video editing).
- Skillset: Professional-grade copywriting, photo/video editing, and independent schedule management.
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with Astrology and Tarot is a significant advantage for content accuracy.
