NeoWellness & NeoHerbal are seeking a motivated and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for managing and growing our presence on Instagram and TikTok through strategic content planning, audience engagement, performance analysis, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok
* Plan and manage content calendars aligned with business objectives
* Monitor social media trends and identify growth opportunities
* Coordinate content production with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage community engagement across social media platforms
* Analyze content performance and provide actionable recommendations
* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support brand growth
* Create Brief storytelling and engaging campaigns monthly
* Build Trusts and publicity through content
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
* Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
* Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Experience handling social media for retail or consumer brands
* Experience in supplements, wellness, healthcare, beauty, or FMCG brands will be a strong advantage
* Proven track record in growing social media accounts and increasing audience engagement is preferred
* Experience working with content creators, affiliates, and influencers
* Understanding of social commerce and marketplace ecosystems
* Ability to identify trends and convert them into high-performing content
* Experience creating content strategies that support both brand awareness and sales objectives
