Role Description
Jolly's Creamery is seeking a full-time Creative Content Lead to join our on-site team in Colombo. This role involves creating and implementing innovative content strategies, overseeing branding initiatives, and coordinating brand communication channels. Responsibilities include managing content development, drafting compelling written materials, conceptualizing creative strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The Creative Content Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and engage with our target audience.
Qualifications
- Strong Creativity and Creative Strategy skills to develop unique and compelling content for multiple platforms
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to create cohesive and engaging messaging
- Knowledge of Branding principles to maintain consistency across all campaigns and touchpoints
- Expertise in Writing clear, captivating, and effective content
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
- Experience with content creation for a customer-focused brand or creative agency is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
