The team
Our Creative & Content team ensure our content strategy drives conversions, sales, and brand recognition while building community with our audiences. They lead the expansion of our brands’ global presence and drive our content strategy to the next level through engaging, visual storytelling, innovative content creation, and breakthrough social media assets that increase user engagement.
The role
The Creative & Content Assistant will work closely with our in-house studio team, including our photographer and marketing team, to bring creative concepts to life from social media assets to event collateral and campaign visuals
Content Creation & Design
- Assist in the design and production of static content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
- Create visually engaging assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Support the development of event collateral, including invites, signage, presentations, and promotional materials
Studio Support
- Assist with in-house studio shoots, including set preparation, styling, and shot setup
- Collaborate with the studio team to ensure smooth execution of shoots
- Help maintain studio organisation, props, and equipment
Creative Ideation
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, shoots, and creative concepts
- Support the development of visual ideas for ads, social content, and brand storytelling
- Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
Marketing & Events Support
- Assist the wider marketing team with creative needs for events and activations
- Help prepare visual assets and materials for campaigns and launches
- Provide on-the-ground support during events when required
General & Administrative Support
- Organise digital assets and content libraries
- Assist with file preparation, and general creative admin tasks
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience using Canva/Figma
- Strong eye for design, layout, and visual composition
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Background or education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Experience supporting photoshoots or working in a studio environment
- Understanding of social media content trends and formats
