Are you a master of turning ideas into unforgettable experiences? Little and Large Events are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Event Producer to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events from concept to completion.
In this role, you’ll be the creative and logistical powerhouse behind our events—bringing visions to life while managing budgets, timelines, suppliers, talent, and production crews. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver seamless, on-brand experiences that leave lasting impressions.
Whether it's a large-scale shopping centre event, a high-end corporate activation, or an intimate brand launch, you thrive under pressure and know how to get the job done—on time and on point.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience producing end-to-end events (3+ years preferred)
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
- Creative problem-solving and a cool head under pressure
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management abilities
- A passion for delivering world-class events that wow
- Must be able to work in a team environment or even lead a team if the need arises
- Strong budget management skills
Working as a key part of the production team. An Event Producer for Little and Large Events is expected to perform the below roles:
- Responsible for all aspects of the event production and execution.
- Overseeing and/or supervising all production aspects of an event.
- Communicating with clients and managing deliverables to ensure a successful event.
- Brief a graphic designer on export/output needed for execution of the event.
- Creation or formulation of ideas and concepts for events and event infrastructure.
- Gather venue information to ensure a smooth event setup
- Responsible for finding appropriate vendors for the successful execution of an event.
- Tracking and logging all event-based costs via the company’s chosen software Workflow Max.
- Responsible for the event’s budget and making sure that whatever activity that is to be carried out is in line with the proposed budget.
- Reporting of budget variances to the Production Manager.
- Oversee event installation/dismantle and be available outside business hours and on weekends.
- Overtime will be paid outside the agreed annual salary
