Job Title: Creative AI Production Specialist
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Creative AI Production Specialist. The role involves conceptualizing and developing innovative AI-driven content for multimedia platforms, implementing creative strategies to enhance branding, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with project goals. The role also includes writing and communicating ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders, ensuring high-quality and engaging content across various mediums.
Job Scope
- Script Breakdown & Pre-Visualization: Conducting a comprehensive visual breakdown of stage plays, screenplays, or scripts to establish production requirements.
- Character & Asset Consistency in AI Generation: Utilizing advanced prompting and AI tools to generate production stills (SHOTS) while ensuring strict consistency in character likeness, environments, production design, and costume/makeup (SFX).
- AI Motion Synthesis & Cinematography: Generating high-fidelity AI video (FOOTAGE) from image prompts with a focus on screen direction, lip-sync accuracy, emotional nuance, and realistic character gestures. Implementing cinematic camera movements to achieve a "live-action" aesthetic (Producing 40-60 shots for a 2-3 minute runtime).
- Offline Editing (Rough Cut): Assembling raw AI-generated assets into a structured narrative sequence to establish pacing and story flow.
- Online Editing, VFX & Color Grading: Finalizing sequences with visual effects (VFX) and transitions. Executing professional color grading to ensure chromatic uniformity and thematic tone across the entire project.
- Motion Graphics & Key Art Design: Proficiency in basic motion design for dynamic typography and title sequences. Capable of designing high-impact posters and promotional covers aligned with contemporary industry trends.
- Sound Design & Audio Post-Production: Curating genre-specific scores, Foley, and sound effects (SFX), complemented by basic multi-track audio mixing for a balanced soundscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience and preferably works in Media or Production House industry
- Proficient in Creativity Skills and Creative Strategy
- Strong Communication and Branding skills
- Exceptional Writing abilities
- Familiarity with implementing AI technology in multimedia production is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Can operate Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, fluently ro use Nano Banana Pro
- Have capability to create action plan and work timeline for all teams
