We are looking for a Visual Production Manager to join our Marketing Department.
What will be expected of you in this role?
- Lead and manage the development and delivery of all visual production projects in collaboration with Product Marketing, Marketing Communication, and Graphic Design teams,
- Drive the creation of seasonal commercial content that supports product marketing initiatives, brand storytelling, and social media communications,
- Translate brand and seasonal guidelines into impactful and consistent creative executions across all visual assets,
- Manage end-to-end pre-production, production, and post-production processes for seasonal campaigns, editorial shoots, and celebrity collaborations,
- Research creative concepts, shooting ideas, trends, and references to support innovative content creation,
- Lead model casting processes globally and coordinate talent selection in line with brand objectives,
- Coordinate styling processes, guide stylists on product selections, and oversee image retouching processes to ensure visual excellence,
- Organize and manage all production elements including art direction, locations, sets, and operational requirements before and during shootings,
- Build strong visual consistency across all brand touchpoints including digital channels, stores, mavi.com, social media platforms, and print materials,
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators by providing visual direction aligned with the brand identity,
- Manage production budgets effectively while ensuring the highest quality standards and timely project delivery.
Why you?
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Visual Production within a fashion, retail, lifestyle brand, agency, or production environment,
- At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team,
- Strong knowledge of photo and video production processes, from concept development to final delivery,
- Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment,
- Creative problem-solving skills combined with strong attention to detail and strategic thinking capabilities,
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and coordinate cross-functional teams,
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and execution-focused approach,
- A strong eye for visual quality, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines,
- Experience working with influencers, creative talent, photographers, stylists, and external agencies,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Photoshop,
- Strong digital and AI literacy with eagerness to explore new tools that enhance creative production speed, efficiency, and quality.
