Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Creative Agency Chief Operating Officer (COO) with marketing experience to join our team on-site in Burbank, CA. The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and execute business strategies, manage financial planning and budgeting, and lead cross-functional teams to drive organizational goals. The role requires optimizing operational efficiency, fostering innovation, managing resources, and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. The COO will play a critical role in ensuring the agency's success by aligning operations with strategic objectives and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
