About the role
As a Content Producer at T&P, you are the go‑to person for turning content ideas into clear, engaging assets across channels. Working in your native Nordic language, you write and produce content primarily for social, digital, but also selected offline formats – from posts and banners to web pages and articles, emails, and brochures.
You collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams to understand the brand direction and content concepts, and then you own the execution: crafting copy, adapting messages for different formats, and finalising assets so they are ready to publish. You are comfortable moving between formats and channels and enjoy seeing ideas come to life in real feeds, on sites, and in CRM.
This role is ideal for a content‑focused doer who loves writing, making, polishing, and delivering day‑to‑day brand content, and who is happy to own the details from first draft to final file, including light visual and video work.
Key responsibilities
- Write and adapt content into Danish based on briefs and content concepts, including: social posts, native articles, landing page copy, digital & print ads.
- Turn concepts and outlines from creatives into clear scripts, copy and assets ready for reviewing and publishing.
- Localise and transcreate content to fit local culture and context while staying on‑brand and aligned with platform best practice.
- Work within templates and visual systems, including light image and video editing – and occasionally plan and shoot simple photo and video content.
- Ensure quality and consistency through self‑QA on language, specs, links and assets before work goes into formal QA and client review.
- Deliver assets on time with correct naming, filing and version control, and share relevant content trends and examples from your market with the team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience producing content for brands, publishers, or platforms (e.g. as Content Creator, Content Writer, Social Media Editor, Copywriter, or similar).
- Native‑level proficiency in Danish and strong understanding of local culture and digital habits.
- Strong writing skills across short‑form and mid‑form copy (social, ads, CRM, web, simple brochures), with the ability to follow different brand tones.
- Experience turning concepts, outlines, and briefs into finished texts and assets, rather than creating overall brand platforms.
- Basic skills in image, video, and audio editing tools (e.g. Photoshop/Canva/Figma, Premiere Pro).
- It’s a plus if you are comfortable shooting and editing simple stills and short video content for social on phone or lightweight camera equipment.
- Good understanding of major social platforms and their content formats and requirements.
- Experience working closely with producers/project/account managers and within brand guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving project requirements, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and proactively resolve challenges.
- Familiarity with AI‑powered creative and productivity tools for research, ideation, first‑drafting and asset variations.
- Fluency in English is required for internal and client communication.
