Our client is seeking a #ContentProducer to refine and deliver content experiences across platforms and products. Our client is a multinational Technology company.
This role blends creative production, editorial judgment, and operational excellence with a focus on AI‑driven content workflows. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing projects end‑to‑end, optimizing system prompts, and producing content that enhances user experience. Collaboration, coaching, and relationship‑building are essential to guiding the team’s success.
Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Production
- Develop content guidelines for AI model evaluation.
- Produce and refine editorial content across client’s platforms.
- Align messaging with stakeholder goals and audience needs.
- System Prompting & Optimization
- Write and iterate prompts to improve LLM outputs.
- Ensure prompts support product and user experience objectives.
- Project & Workflow Management
- Manage daily content workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create repeatable workflows and templates for fast iteration.
- Oversee production schedules and vendor coordination.
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Deliver clear reports to inform stakeholders and guide decisions.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with content, product, and engineering teams.
- Coach and support team members to drive operational excellence.
Note: This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic or objectionable content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7–10 years of experience in content production, editorial, or related fields.
- Strong editorial judgment with command of grammar, style, and tone.
- Experience developing and evaluating system prompts for AI models.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content discovery tools, and AI‑driven content strategy.
- Proven track record in managing complex workflows and teams.
- Critical thinker with ability to translate data findings into concise, actionable reports.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic data analysis techniques.
- Creative self‑starter with strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
- Hands‑on experience in multimedia content production (video, social, blog, presentations) is a plus.
