PAIGE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Producer/Studio Manager to support the planning, execution, and management of photo and video shoots across E-Commerce, Sales, and Marketing. This role is responsible for coordinating production logistics, managing studio operations, organizing digital assets, and serving as the primary on-site contact to ensure successful and efficient productions.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys managing logistics, and is passionate about helping creative teams produce high-quality content from concept through execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Senior Content Manager to coordinate E-Commerce, Sales, and Marketing photo shoot productions.
- Manage production logistics, including booking models, hair and makeup artists, photographers, videographers, freelance crew, equipment, catering, props, and other production needs.
- Track and file invoices while assisting with budget management for E-Commerce, Sales, and Marketing productions.
- Organize, archive, and maintain accurate naming conventions for all Marketing image assets to ensure easy accessibility.
- Fulfill and manage internal and external requests for Marketing imagery.
- Serve as the on-site Producer and primary point of contact during photo shoots, ensuring schedules stay on track, coordinating meals, supporting talent, and overseeing production logistics through project completion.
- Maintain the photo studio by monitoring equipment, coordinating maintenance, and ordering studio supplies and production equipment as needed.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Senior Content Manager and assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in a similar production role, either in-house or agency experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with digital asset management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary:
$80,000/year – $85,000/year
