Role: Content Planner Intern
Job Description:
- Responsible for trend spotting, identifying viral TikTok and Instagram Reels trends
- Develop creative storylines for short-form video, focusing on strong hooks, relatable plots, and impactful punchlines.
- Ideate and pitch fresh content concepts based on Gen Z issues (self-image, lifestyle, FOMO, etc.) or relatable comedy.
- Design a weekly content plan consisting of content pillars, ensuring consistent posting and audience engagement.
- Formulate content strategies for each video, determining specific goals (awareness, engagement, or conversion) and distribution platforms.
- Strategize scalable content series that can be developed into long-term digital IP or recurring segments.
- Identify brand integration angles within storylines to ensure monetization remains natural and engaging for the audience.
Requirements :
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Creative Media, or a a related field.
- High willingness to learn and a strong "growth mindset" to keep up with the fast-paced digital landscape.
- Deep understanding of TikTok & Instagram algorithms and the ability to read digital trends.
- Exceptional creative thinking with the ability to transform "vague ideas" into structured, production-ready storylines.
- Strong knowledge of Gen Z culture, slang, and digital behavior to ensure content remains authentic and relatable.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and consistently generate a high volume of creative ideas.
- Organized, proactive, and a good communicator in presenting content strategies to the production team.
- Active create social media content (Instagram/Tiktok)
- Able to work in a hybrid system in GADING SERPONG, Tangerang.
