Our client in the retail industry is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a hybrid role (Tues-Thurs onsite) in Coppell, TX. The position is 40-hour per week assignment lasting 2 to 3 months, with the possibility to extend or convert to full time. The role begins within the next month and supports cross-functional teams through organizational coordination, scheduling, and project tracking.
What You Will Do
- Support project management activities tied to the Go-To-Market process, managing calendars for cross-functional milestones and sending timely reminders to partner teams.
- Create and maintain project plans and timelines for weekly status updates and project-related meetings.
- Assist in managing multiple projects from conception through completion, setting goals and gathering metrics that support ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, and other teams to support accurate timeline planning.
Work collaboratively to reduce risk, address delays, and help ensure on-time delivery across teams.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 or more years of project management experience in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in Asana and Workfront.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
