## About the Role
We are looking for a creative and business-minded Social Media Content Planner to join our growing Online Business team.
This role is responsible for planning social media content, identifying market trends, developing content briefs, and coordinating content production to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across multiple business categories, including Home Living, Furniture, HoReCa, and Bakery.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, understand advertising content requirements, and be able to transform ideas into effective content plans.

## Key Responsibilities
### 1. Content Planning & Trend Research (60%)
* Develop monthly content calendars and social media content plans.
* Research social media trends, viral content, and consumer behavior.
* Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities.
* Propose creative concepts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads.
* Plan content ideas to support Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads performance.
* Support campaign content planning for promotions, product launches, and seasonal events.
### 2. Content Coordination & Execution (30%)
* Create detailed content briefs for video and image production.
* Coordinate with designers, video editors, and AI production teams.
* Manage content production timelines and deliverables.
* Review content quality and ensure brand consistency.
* Schedule and manage content publishing on Facebook and Instagram.
### 3. Reporting & Communication (10%)
* Track content performance and provide improvement recommendations.
* Prepare weekly content reports and updates.
* Support communication with HQ and cross-functional teams.
* Assist with English or Korean business communication when required.

## Qualification & Requirement
### Experience
* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Planning, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or related roles.
* Experience developing content calendars and content strategies.
* Experience working with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
### Skills
* Strong understanding of social media trends and viral content.
* Good creative thinking and content ideation skills.
* Ability to write clear and structured content briefs.
* Strong communication and project coordination skills.
* Basic understanding of Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads content requirements.
### Language
* Able to communicate in English or Korean (at least one language is required).
### Preferred
* Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Home Living, Furniture, HoReCa, or F&B industries is a plus.
* Experience supporting short-form video content and livestream campaigns.
* Familiarity with AI tools for content planning and productivity.
