Job Description
Brandco is looking for a part-time Founder Operations Assistant.
This role is for someone who can turn motion into order.
I’m building a fast-moving creative business across products, brands, retail, content, and new ideas. A lot is happening at once. I need someone sharp, organized, reliable, and comfortable helping turn messy inputs into clear next steps.
This is an AI-native role, but AI is not the job. AI is part of how the job gets done.
You may be helping with:
– Organizing tasks, follow-ups, files, lists, and documents
– Researching people, companies, vendors, tools, and opportunities
– Helping keep projects from falling through the cracks
– Drafting emails and summaries
– Preparing meeting notes
– Handling miscellaneous tasks that help keep the business moving
– Turning rough thoughts, transcripts, or voice notes into clear action items when needed
– Helping make sure important things actually move
The right person is organized, resourceful, calm under pressure, good with details, and comfortable with ambiguity.
You do not need to know everything.
You do need to be able to figure things out.
Requirements / Qualifications
– Strong organization and follow-through
– Comfortable working with a fast-moving founder
– Able to turn loose direction into clear next steps
– Strong written communication
– Comfortable with research, summaries, documents, and task organization
– Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, task apps, or project tools
– Able to manage miscellaneous tasks without needing everything over-explained
– Part-time availability to start
– Experience as an assistant, project coordinator, operations assistant, executive assistant, founder assistant, or similar role is helpful but not required

U.S., Mexico, or Latin America preferred for time-zone overlap with Los Angeles.
