Rec4Tech are recruiting on behalf of LaPalma Properties, one of Dubai's most established real estate brokerages (20+ years in the market).
This is more than a marketing role. It's an opportunity to shape a growing company, influence its brand, and grow your career alongside it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture high-quality property photos and videos.
- Film and produce engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with agents to plan and create regular content.
- Manage and maintain all company social media channels.
- Upload and manage property listings across all major property portals.
- Ensure all listings, marketing materials, and online profiles remain accurate and up to date.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Assist with paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, and other platforms) as the company expands its marketing efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- current with social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A creative, proactive, and highly organised individual.
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media (real estate experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Strong videography and mobile content creation skills.
- Comfortable using video editing tools and AI-powered content creation platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
