Role Description The Content Manager role at Startech Kosova is a full-time, on-site position based in Pristina. The Content Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and publication of digital content across the company’s website, social media channels, and other marketing platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing content calendars, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, writing and editing product descriptions and promotional materials, and ensuring brand consistency in all communications. The role also involves monitoring content performance, optimizing content for search engines, and identifying opportunities to engage target audiences, including business clients and gamers. The Content Manager will be expected to maintain a clear, customer-focused tone and support the company’s commitment to quality and service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in content planning, content strategy, and editorial coordination for digital channels.
- Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading in English, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and accurate content.
- Experience with web content management systems, basic SEO practices, and analytics tools to measure content performance.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, social media management, and online customer engagement.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Familiarity with technology products, gaming equipment, or consumer electronics is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory communication.
