About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Content Group Manager to lead our Live and Art teams during a maternity leave cover. In this role, you will be responsible for both people leadership and end-to-end content delivery, driving the creation of high-quality in-game content for Redecor, a leading design simulation game.
You will manage a multidisciplinary team of Content Specialists and 3D artists, ensuring strong performance through regular 1:1s, continuous feedback, and active development support. At the same time, you will own the planning, prioritization, and execution of content production, ensuring efficient workflows and consistent, on-time delivery.
Beyond delivery, you will act as a key creative gatekeeper – bringing a strong eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of design trends, interior design, or fashion. You will guide the visual direction of in-game content, including Redecor Seasons and Collections, by creating mood boards, defining style guidelines, and ensuring a cohesive, high-quality player experience.
As the primary point of contact for our Helsinki studio, you will connect creative work with business goals, use data and performance insights to guide decisions, and foster strong collaboration across teams and locations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance people management with project execution, while maintaining high creative standards and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead planning, scheduling, and tracking of art production and daily in-game content
· Manage, mentor, and support a cross-functional team, driving performance and engagement
· Guide the creation of high-quality, engaging content aligned with the Redecor brand
· Ensure efficient production workflows and on-time delivery across all content pipelines
· Own the visual direction of in-game content, creating mood boards and style guides while ensuring consistent, high-quality, and trend-aligned output
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and transparency
· Monitor performance metrics, evaluate content impact, and implement data-driven improvements
· Optimize resource allocation, workflows, and budgets to maximize efficiency and quality
· Conduct regular 1:1s, provide continuous feedback, and support individual development
· Act as the Helsinki site lead, supporting local operations and ensuring compliance with workplace practices
Qualifications
· Proven experience in both people and project management, leading teams while delivering projects on time and at quality
· Professional experience or strong working knowledge of 3D art in the gaming industry
· Strong aesthetic judgment with a background in interior design, fashion, or visual trends; ability to create mood boards and style guides and ensure high-quality, cohesive visual direction
· Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
· Experience managing production workflows and cross-team coordination
· Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
· Ability to lead creative teams while balancing quality, speed, and business goals
