ACC creates Australia's first premium ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages made from 100% Australian grown specialty coffee and natural, local ingredients. Our mission is to share a convenient yet real coffee experience with health conscious consumers while supporting Australian farms, our local artisan roasters, and manufacturing – reshaping how RTD coffee is crafted and enjoyed in Australia.
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self‑starter to join our founding team and bring ACC’s premium RTD coffee story to life on Instagram. This is a high impact role where your creativity directly impacts sales and brand growth especially in the brand's early stages! 💚
⚡️ It's a paid internship – 5 to 10 hrs/week (3 month contract), and benefits include commission bonus on D2C sales, opportunity to work directly with the founders, gain exposure and network through top‑tier industry and investor events, and an opportunity to extend the contract after the 3 month term.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate, shoot, and create engaging and high quality Instagram content (posts, reels, stories) that reflects our brand voice and visual aesthetic.
- Build and maintain a weekly content calendar, schedule and execute posts based on the given design system.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, click‑through, and D2C sales attributed to Instagram) and share insights with the founders.
- Support user‑generated‑content campaigns, demand generation, brand awareness, influencer marketing.
- Collaborate with the founders on copywriting, caption strategy, and community engagement.
- Test and recommend optimisations to improve conversion and ROI from Instagram driven traffic.
- Conduct research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
What are we looking for:

- Passion, enthusiasm, creativity, and energy! You love content, you understand creative concepts and design systems, and are willing to commit to creating long term brand impact.
- Basic photography/video skills; comfortable using iPhone cameras, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong copywriting eye and able to craft witty, energetic, concise, compelling captions that drive action.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Instagram insights, social media metrics, or willingness to learn quickly.
⭐️ Bonus:
- You have basic knowledge of SEO and GEO.
- Knowledge of sales funnel and inbound marketing conversions especially from brand awareness to conversion.
Compensation & benefits:
