About Us
Umbrella Collective is an AI-driven Production Company crafting bold visual content across ads, social, and OOH. We mix design, motion, and storytelling—and we’re looking for a talented Junior or Mid-Level Art Director to help shape the look and feel of our projects.
About You
You’ve got a great eye, sharp taste, and know how to turn a creative brief into strong visual concepts. You’re hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working across design, storytelling, and motion. You’re still growing into the role but eager to take ownership and push ideas forward.
What You’ll Do
- Develop style frames, storyboards, and visual concepts for short-format content.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and clients on creative direction.
- Guide designers, animators, and freelancers through production.
- Own the visual consistency and storytelling across motion pieces.
- Balance creativity with feedback, timelines, and practical production needs.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in a design, motion, or creative role (agency or production studio experience is a plus).
- Strong visual sensibility and an understanding of storytelling, composition, color, and design.
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite; bonus if you know After Effects, C4D, or other 3D tools.
- Hands-on experience with the latest generative AI tools and models such as Flux, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana, and similar platforms.
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they can enhance creativity.
- Ability to pitch and communicate visual ideas clearly.
- Solid English skills for working in our international team.
- Interest in exploring AI tools and new creative workflows.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Cinema 4D, Redshift, or other 3D pipelines.
- Experience using AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, or similar.
- Background in either traditional design or animation is a bonus.
