As Content Creator and Creative Lead, you will be responsible for representing the brand across all social media platforms, hosting events, and consistently bringing our audience compelling and useful content that reflects our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media and Content Creation
- Serve as the primary on-camera personality across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including reels, stories, short videos, photos, and written posts on a consistent schedule.
- Develop content themes and series that highlight the food, atmosphere, events, and community.
- Share timely and useful information about the brand including new menu items, offers, upcoming events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Events and Hosting
- Act as the official hostess for all events, creating a warm, exciting, and memorable experience for guests.
- Welcome and engage guests, guide the flow of events, and ensure every attendee feels seen and valued.
- Collaborate with the events team to plan hosting scripts, talking points, and event narratives.
- Capture real-time content during events for use across platforms, including live coverage where applicable.
- Represent the brand at external activations, pop-ups, and partner events.
Brand and Creative Direction
- Work with management to maintain a consistent tone and visual identity across all content.
- Bring fresh creative ideas for campaigns, collaborations, content series, and seasonal activations.
- Stay informed about food, lifestyle, and entertainment trends in Ghana and beyond, and translate relevant insights into content for our audience.
- Liaise with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers as needed to produce polished content.
- Track content performance and use insights to improve strategy over time.
What We're Looking For
- A natural on-camera presence with the confidence to speak directly to an audience and host a crowd.
- A strong presence and fanbase / following across social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a voice that feels warm, engaging, and genuine.
- Proven experience creating content for social media, whether professionally or as an independent creator.
- A deep appreciation for food, hospitality, and community culture.
- Creativity and initiative: someone who brings ideas, not just executes briefs.
- Ability to work independently, manage a content calendar, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Comfortable with basic video editing and photo tools, or willing to learn.
- A good working knowledge of the Accra food and lifestyle scene is a strong advantage.
