🚀 We're Hiring: Content Creator (Full Time)
📍 Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (On-site)
Are you passionate about creating content that people actually stop to watch?
We're looking for a Content Creator to join the Carpenters Stop's marketing team.
What You'll Do
• Plan and create engaging social media content
• Shoot and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook)
• Write compelling scripts and captions
• Stay updated with social media trends and create scroll-stopping hooks
• Work closely with the design team to execute marketing campaigns
• Present weekly reports on content performance, learnings, and future plans
• Brainstorm and execute creative ideas to grow the brand organically
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience with video shooting & editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
✔ Strong storytelling and script-writing skills
✔ Understanding of social media trends and audience psychology
✔ Ability to identify and create strong hooks that improve viewer retention
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and take ownership
✔ A content portfolio (social media pages, videos, or previous work) showcasing your creativity and editing skills
Bonus Skills
• Basic graphic design (Canva / Illustrator)
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Valid driving license
