Because 390 Work covers many parts of a business, customers need clear articles and video tutorials that explain what to do, where to click, and how to use the product properly.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Content Creator to create clear, practical articles and videos that help customers learn and use 390 Work.
The role entails creating product articles, walkthroughs, module explainer videos, onboarding videos, short tutorials, and screen-recorded guides that make 390 easier for customers to understand.
+ You should be able to understand a software product, explain it simply, record clean walkthroughs, and create content that reduces customer confusion.
It's an intersection of Technical Writing and Video creation.
DAY-TO-DAY
- Write or refine simple video scripts and outlines before recording.
- Create product articles and tutorial videos for 390 Work modules and features.
- Record screen walkthroughs showing customers how to use different parts of the product.
- Create video assets and articles for the Help Centre, onboarding flow, social media, customer training, and product updates.
- Maintain a library of tutorial videos and update videos when the product changes.
- Ensure articles and videos are clear, accurate, well-paced, and useful for real business users.
