- Create & Execute: Own the entire production pipeline—from scripting and filming to final edits using CapCut, Premiere, or Canva.
- Inject the Vibe: Bring your unique, quirky flair and positive energy into every piece of content to keep our brand fresh and distinct.
- Own the Narrative: Write punchy captions, sharp hooks, and clear storytelling that makes people stop the scroll and tap share.
- Keep Us Consistent: Map out a clean content calendar and ensure we stay on track, active, and highly visible.
- Analyze & Level Up: Look at the data, see what clicked, learn from what didn't, and constantly optimize for growth.
Requirements
- The Energy: Naturally positive, happy-go-lucky, and genuinely excited to bring big, creative, and unconventional ideas to life.
- Proof of Work: A solid portfolio or active social links showing off your best videos, edits, or copy.
- The Tech Stack: Highly skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.) and native platform features.
- Camera Confident: Comfortable hosting, interviewing, or being the face/voice of the brand when the content calls for it.
- Growth Mindset: You view challenges as data points and feedback as fuel. Positive, solution-oriented energy is a must.
