Job Description:
- Develop and execute creative content and visual designs for internal communication and social media campaigns
- Create, edit, and produce engaging video content to support communication and branding initiatives
- Manage and publish internal content and other employee engagement materials
- Promote company programs, events, and initiatives through compelling multimedia and social media storytelling
- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality content across various platforms (print, digital, video)
- Maintain documentation of creative requests, processes, and deliverables
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Visual Communication Design or related field)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in creative design, video editing, or social media content creation
- Skilled in design software and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong creative thinking with a passion for social media trends and storytelling
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat
