As the founding Video Lead, you will build and own the entire video function for a rapidly growing healthcare authority. Operating as a solo production unit, you will create high-end content that establishes the defining media voice for AI healthcare innovation, translating complex technological breakthroughs into compelling visual narratives for a global audience.

What You Will Do
- Execute the full production lifecycle independently, including conceptualization, filming, high-end editing, and motion graphics for both short-form and flagship content.
- Capture premium footage and interviews with industry leaders, partners, and internal teams to document the cutting edge of medical AI.
- Establish a high-output content engine that balances polished brand-building documentaries with high-energy, social-first video assets.
The ideal candidate
- Offers 5+ years of professional video production experience, ideally with a background in journalism or high-end brand storytelling.
- Possesses "full-stack" technical mastery across cinematography, narrative pacing, music editing, and sophisticated post-production workflows.
- Demonstrates strong editorial instincts and the ability to work as an autonomous solo operator in a fast-paced startup environment.
