We give restaurant partners upfront capital in exchange for dining credits, connect diners with the best restaurants in Riyadh, and turn every payment into something rewarding for both sides of the table. We’re a small team that moves fast, ships what matters, and believes every decision should create value for us, our partners, and our users.
This role is based in Riyadh. You’ll spend real time on the ground: inside restaurants during service, on shoots, at launches, and with the creators we work with. That’s where the work happens.
About The Role
This role belongs to someone with taste. Not someone who “shoots content,” but someone who understands why a seven-second clip of a restaurant makes you want to book a table, and who can capture that, again and again, in live environments. You’ll shape how SPICE shows up across Instagram, TikTok, and every social surface that matters to our audience.
You’ll work closely with the Brand Lead and the wider creative team, but the camera, the edit, and the eye for the moment are yours. There’s no in-house content engine yet. You’ll build it.
What You’ll Achieve
- Produce a steady output of short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories that makes SPICE’s restaurant partners feel premium, current, and worth visiting
- Capture restaurants, cafés, dining moments, launches, and influencer visits live and on-site, and turn around polished content fast enough to ride the moment
- Build SPICE’s visual library: a deep catalog of footage, photos, and B-roll that the brand, partnerships, and CRM teams can pull from
- Shape SPICE’s social presence so it feels native to platform behavior, not like a brand campaign forced onto a feed
- Bring ideas to the table: hooks, formats, trends, creator concepts, and restaurant storytelling angles that the team hasn’t thought of yet
- Set the bar for how dining moments are captured and shared in the Saudi market
Skills You’ll Need To Bring
- A strong portfolio of short-form content you’ve shot and edited yourself, with examples you can walk us through
- Sharp shooting and editing skills across Reels, TikTok, and Stories, with strong instincts for framing, lighting, audio, pacing, and platform-native cuts
- Comfort working fast in live environments: launches, shoots, events, busy service hours, with restaurants, creators, and the SPICE team in the room
- Fluency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom or equivalent color tools, and mobile-first shooting setups
- Good taste and strong visual judgment: you can tell when something feels premium and when it feels generic, and you can defend the difference
Nice to Haves
- Experience shooting in hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury content
- A real read on Saudi social culture and what resonates locally
- Experience covering influencer activations or event content
- Comfortable on both professional camera and mobile shooting setups
