Position Title –Graphic Designer

Hourly Pay Rate (w2 Role) – USD 42

Contract End Date – 03/31/2027

100% Remote Position

Must Have for this role:

  • Portfolio Required on resume
  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field
  • College degree in Design, Communications, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of graphic design experience in an in-house marketing team or agency
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating modern visual design, compelling visual storytelling, attention to detail, and polished execution
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with the ability to strategically leverage AI tools
  • Ability to design across ecosystems, not just individual screens, or products
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files, workflows, and multiple projects efficiently
  • Strong typography and layout skills

Job Summary

We're looking for a Designer to join our in-house creative team and help bring our brand to life across a wide range of channels. This role is ideal for a versatile designer with experience creating everything from complex, information-rich print materials to engaging motion graphics and short-form video content. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume marketing environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering thoughtful, high-quality creative work.

What You'll Do

  • Design engaging visual content for marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, email, video, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, marketers, writers, and project managers to translate strategic goals into compelling designs.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from initial concept through final production.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards while ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
  • Prepare production-ready files and support final production as needed.
  • Stay current with design, culture, technology, and emerging trends.
  • Leverage emerging creative technologies, including AI, to enhance creativity and streamline workflows.

  • What You Bring

    • 5–7 years of experience as a designer on an in-house marketing team or at an agency.
    • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional modern design, including editorial design, print, static and animated paid media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management tools such as Asana.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
