We’re looking for a creative, organised and proactive Content & Community Assistant to help grow the brand online.
This is a part-time remote role ideal for someone who understands modern content, internet culture and social media growth.
The Role
You’ll work directly with the founder to turn ideas, insights and workflows into engaging content across platforms.
This role combines:
- Content creation and Social media management
- Community engagement
- Content repurposing
You will help transform raw ideas into polished content that builds audience, authority and sales.
Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create carousel posts for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Turn founder thoughts into X/Twitter posts and LinkedIn content
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form pieces
- Help brainstorm hooks, captions and content ideas
- Occasionally create and edit videos using existing assets
Community & Social Media
- Engage with comments and DMs
- Support audience growth across social platforms
- Help maintain posting consistency
- Research trends, creators and content opportunities within the productivity/startup space
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and X
- Experience using Canva and CapCut
- Good design taste and understanding of premium branding
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and reliable
- Able to work independently
Bonus:
Experience using Notion
- Interest in startups, productivity or digital business
- Experience growing social media accounts
Work Pattern
- Approx. 5–7 hours per week
