About the Role
Super Hire is assisting its client in hiring a detail-oriented and creative Content Assistant to support daily content production, organization, and digital publishing tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy writing, editing, managing content calendars, and ensuring high-quality content output across multiple digital platforms.
You will work closely with the client’s marketing and editorial teams to support content creation, maintain brand consistency, and help streamline digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media.
- Update and maintain content calendars, schedules, and publishing timelines.
- Conduct basic research to support content development and ensure accuracy.
- Upload and optimize content across various digital platforms (CMS, social media tools, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, assets, and approvals.
- Review and proofread materials to ensure grammar, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Organize digital files, documents, and content libraries.
- Track content performance and assist in preparing basic analytics reports.
- Help with administrative and documentation tasks related to content operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in content writing, editing, marketing, or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with content tools such as Google Docs, CMS platforms, Canva, or scheduling tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
