📍 Role Overview
- Position: Concept Artist (Brand Activations)
- Type: Full-time, On-site
- Location: Pannipitiya, Sri Lanka
- Scope: Visualizing, sketching, and designing immersive brand activation campaigns
🎬 What You’ll Do
- Visualize the Experience: Translate brainstorming sessions and strategic briefs into compelling sketches, storyboards, and visual concepts for BTL/ ATL campaigns.
- Design Brand Activations: Create detailed visual representations of physical structures, promotional kiosks, exhibition stalls, and experiential pop-ups.
- Digital & Physical Crossovers: Design concepts that seamlessly blend physical spaces with digital interactions
- Collaborate with Production: Work closely with our production and fabrication teams to ensure your artistic concepts are physically viable and built to spec.
- Client Pitching: Develop stunning mood boards and presentation visuals (mockups) that help our clients "see and feel" the activation before it even exists.
🎯 Who We Are Looking For
- The Experiential Visionary: Proven experience working specifically on brand activation campaigns, experiential marketing, or spatial design.
- Artistic Proficiency: Exceptional skills in digital illustration, sketching, and concept art
- BTL Native: A deep understanding of physical marketing spaces—you know how consumer flow, lighting, and spatial constraints impact a design.
- Storyteller at Heart: The ability to tell a brand’s story visually and create spaces that encourage user-generated content and organic engagement.
- Fast & Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment where ideas evolve quickly.
