POSTPALS – Community Manager + Content Creator

POSTPALS is building the world’s first data-to-adventure platform, transforming real wildlife science into immersive storytelling experiences for kids and families. We work with organizations like OCEARCH to turn real animal tracking data, conservation science, and exploration into living stories. 
Now we’re looking for a Community Manager + Content Creator to help us build one of the most interesting mission-driven brands online.

* Know how to create content people actually stop and watch
* Understand Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and community-building
* Want to work on something meaningful, optimistic, and culturally relevant
* Can shoot, edit, write, produce, organize, and publish content quickly
* Care about building a real brand — not just chasing trends
What You’ll Do:
* Create and manage social content across platforms
* Produce short-form videos, creative posts, behind-the-scenes content, launch moments, and community storytelling
* Help shape the POSTPALS voice and visual identity online
* Manage community engagement and conversations
* Collaborate with our founders, designers, animators, scientists, and creative team
* Help launch campaigns tied to real animal adventures, conservation stories, and live experiences
* Turn ideas into content quickly and consistently
Requirements:
* Experience with CapCut, Adobe, Canva, Figma, or motion tools
* Experience growing social accounts or communities
* Interest in conservation, education, science, or immersive media
* Experience working with creators, startups, or mission-driven brands
