🙏 The Role:
As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming creative concepts into polished, high-performing video content. Working closely with the Creative Strategist, you will execute editing briefs with precision, ensuring every deliverable aligns with the creative vision, brand guidelines, and platform best practices.
This role is focused on execution, technical excellence, and consistent delivery across a variety of digital formats.
💡 What You'll Do:
- Edit high-quality video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, platform-native videos using strong pacing, sound design, captions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Execute creative briefs provided by the Creative Strategist while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Adapt and optimize video assets for different formats, aspect ratios, audiences, and performance goals.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality assets within deadlines and incorporating feedback efficiently.
- Stay up to date with editing techniques, social media trends, and platform best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of video content.

- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing.
- Solid understanding of editing principles, pacing, composition, continuity, and visual storytelling.
- Experience editing content for performance marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of different video formats, codecs, export settings, and platform specifications.
- Excellent organizational skills and file management practices.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a creative team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
