Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Coordinator based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Community Coordinator will be responsible for engaging and building relationships with the community, planning and organizing events, and fostering meaningful connections. The role includes overseeing community outreach initiatives, supporting communication strategies, and ensuring that activities effectively align with the organization’s mission and goals. The candidate will serve as a key liaison between the company and its community stakeholders, ensuring active involvement and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Community Engagement and Community Outreach to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient in Communication and Community Organizing to effectively engage with diverse groups.
- Experience in Event Planning, including organizing and executing successful community events and programs.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site role and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in wellness, culture, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or related field is preferred.
