Role Description
The Content Producer is a full-time, on-site role located in Klaten Tengah. This role involves creating, managing, and strategizing content for various platforms. Responsibilities include planning and producing video content, developing and executing content strategies, writing and editing engaging materials, and overseeing content management to align with brand objectives. You will work closely with a creative team to contribute to Otazen's storytelling and marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do :
- Produce photo and video content for both product-focused and lifestyle
settings (outdoor, hospitality environments) - Execute content based on creative briefs with clear direction and deadlines
- Perform basic editing for social media content (photo & video)
- Assist in drafting captions or article drafts using AI tools under direction from the strategist
- Support content needs for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Organize and maintain content asset library (file structure, naming, backup)
What We're Looking For :
- Background in Content Creator (freelance / in-house), Junior Photographer /
Videographer, Social Media Content Creator, or Fresh Graduate DKV /
Multimedia with a strong portfolio - Able to shoot product photography (detail, material, clean setup) and
lifestyle photography (ambience, spatial context) - Basic videography skills (short-form video / reels production)
- Familiar with editing tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut,
- Premiere, or similar
- Basic understanding of photo & video production workflow
- Familiar with studio setup (lighting, backdrop, product styling basics)
- Able to operate basic production equipment (camera, lighting, tripod, etc.)
- Fast execution mindset and able to work based on direction
- Basic understanding of social media content formats (Instagram Pinterest,
LinkedIn)
Familiar with or willing to learn AI tools for content drafting (e.g., ChatGPT) - Willing to learn, adaptable, and open to feedback
