The Role
- Lead the end-to-end production of digital newsletters and marketing campaigns using Mailchimp to engage a diverse audience.
- Manage and curate content across multiple social media platforms to increase community visibility and brand awareness.
- Support the delivery of high-profile events, ensuring effective promotional outreach and seamless coordination.
- Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality written content for blogs, websites, and external communications.
- Collaborate with the senior comms team to execute integrated marketing strategies that support community innovation projects.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, ideally within the charity, NFP, or public sector.
- Hands-on expertise with Mailchimp for email marketing and automated campaign management.
- Experience managing business social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) with a focus on engagement growth.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with impeccable attention to detail and a creative "can-do" attitude.
- Tech-savvy profile with strong IT literacy and the ability to pick up new digital tools and CMS platforms quickly.
