We are looking for a highly organized Creative Project Coordinator to join our team.
Location: Yerevan, Armenia
Type: Full-time, on-site
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day communication with clients
Attend meetings and represent the team in discussions
Gather client feedback and translate it into clear, actionable tasks for designers
Ensure smooth information flow between clients and the creative team
Review texts and materials before sharing them with clients
Assist with award submissions when needed
Track and manage project timelines and deadlines
Coordinate with print houses when necessary
Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends (both locally and internationally)
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements, and improve future workflows
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English; good knowledge of Russian is a plus
Experience in a creative, branding, marketing, or design environment is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
