Milano Jewelry is looking for a polished, client-focused professional to join our team at our New York headquarters in the heart of the Diamond District.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-visibility, client-facing role within a growing luxury brand—where you’ll help shape the in-showroom experience, build meaningful client relationships, and bring our brand to life both in person and online.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver a luxury showroom experience for every client interaction
  • Build relationships and support engagement with our VIP clientele
  • Drive sales through personalized clienteling and follow-up
  • Own post-purchase communication (repairs, orders, client updates)
  • Create and post daily organic social media content showcasing our collections and brand story
  • Engage with clients across showroom, email, and social channels

Who You Are

  • Polished, confident, and naturally client-focused
  • Passionate about luxury, jewelry, or fashion
  • Strong communicator with a warm, professional presence
  • Social media savvy with a creative eye for content
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail, client service, or a similar role
