Our client in looking for an outgoing, confident, and personable candidate for this role — someone who is comfortable conducting training sessions with sales teams, running events, and building strong relationships with different brands. Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate is passionate about health, wellness, fitness culture, and social media, with the confidence to represent the brand in retail, events, and community spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Education
- Educate retail partners and sales teams on the brands, product benefits, and key messaging.
- Support sales activity by conducting tastings and sampling sessions in key retail outlets.
- Help ensure the brand is consistently represented with strong and engaging messaging in-store.
- Build relationships with retailers and customers to increase brand awareness and trial.
Brand Activation
- Collaborate with local communities, fitness groups, wellness brands, and target audiences to execute impactful brand activations.
- Organise and support events, pop-ups, and experiential marketing opportunities that bring brand directly to consumers.
- Identify new partnerships and opportunities that align with the brand
Examples may include:
- Collaborations with running clubs and fitness communities
- Pop-up brand stands at races, marathons, and wellness events
- Activations at festivals and events such as WellFest
- Partnerships with lifestyle and wellness brands
Content Creation
- Create engaging photo and video content for the social media platforms.
- Capture content from events, activations, retail visits, and community collaborations.
- Stay up to date with social trends and help shape the brands digital presence.
Social Media Management
- Support and manage the social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and website content.
- Engage with the community online and help grow brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist in planning and scheduling content campaigns.
Reporting & Insights
- Provide monthly reports outlining activity completed, campaign performance, successes, and opportunities for growth.
- Share feedback and insights from customers, retailers, and events to support ongoing brand development
