A leading player in the Advertising & Marketing Communications sector, operating as a full-service creative agency that builds integrated brand experiences across ATL, BTL, digital and shopper channels. This on-site role is based in India and focuses on insight-led brand strategy, client pitches, and campaign activation for consumer and enterprise clients.
Position: Brand Strategy Manager (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging hierarchies that differentiate client brands across channels and touchpoints.
- Lead primary and secondary research to generate actionable consumer insights; translate findings into audience segmentation and activation plans.
- Develop concise, strategic creative briefs and collaborate with creative, media, and activation teams to ensure strategic fidelity from concept to execution.
- Design integrated campaign strategies (ATL/BTL/digital) and provide strategic direction for media planning, content, and shopper activations.
- Prepare and present compelling pitch decks and strategy presentations; secure client buy-in and drive decision-making with senior stakeholders.
- Measure campaign effectiveness against KPIs, produce post-campaign analysis, and recommend optimisation roadmaps to improve ROI and brand equity.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- 5+ years of brand strategy experience within an advertising agency or integrated marketing setting, with demonstrable campaign ownership.
- Proven portfolio of insight-led integrated campaigns with clear business and brand impact.
- Deep knowledge of consumer research methods (qualitative & quantitative) and the ability to translate insights into strategy.
- Track record in developing creative briefs, brand architecture, and multi-channel activation plans; strong client-facing experience.
Preferred
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing/Communications.
- Experience with FMCG, technology, or retail clients and leading multi-market or regional campaigns.
