About the Role :

We are looking for a Solutions Lead to build high-impact brand solutions and monetisable intellectual properties for cult.fit’s monetisation business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and commercial thinking — you will translate brand objectives into compelling ideas that can be sold proactively to brands and pitched reactively in response to live briefs.

You will work closely with the monetisation sales team, content, marketing, product, and operations teams to create scalable campaign concepts, integrated properties, and differentiated partnership narratives that unlock revenue opportunities across online and offline inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Solutioning: Develop sharp, insight-led brand solutions for advertisers across cult.fit’s platform, combining audience understanding, category context, and business objectives.
  • IP Development: Conceptualise repeatable monetisation properties, branded content franchises, wellness-led IPs, and sponsorship formats that can be proactively sold to brands.
  • Reactive Ideation: Respond quickly to inbound brand and agency briefs with customised concepts, campaign ideas, and partnership routes that align with client goals and cult.fit’s capabilities.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to strengthen pitches, proposals, storytelling, and solution architecture for key meetings and large opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with content, product, marketing, design, and operations teams to shape ideas that are executable, differentiated, and commercially viable.
  • Packaging & Go-To-Market: Build strong solution narratives, pitch structures, and value propositions for monetisation offerings across DOOH, digital, branded content, experiences, and partnerships.
  • Trendspotting & Innovation: Track consumer, media, culture, and wellness trends to continuously evolve cult.fit’s solutions playbook and create fresh market-facing ideas

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in brand solutions, strategy, creative planning, media planning, branded content, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Strong track record of creating compelling campaign ideas, branded properties, or solution frameworks that have driven revenue or unlocked strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to think both proactively and reactively building long-term sale able IPs while also turning around sharp client-facing responses under tight timelines.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous briefs into clear, persuasive, and commercially strong concepts.
  • Understanding of media, partnerships, experiential formats, content ecosystems, and how brands evaluate integrated marketing opportunities.
  • High ownership, structured thinking, and comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in consumer internet, media, sports, lifestyle, wellness, or entertainment ecosystems is preferred.
