Brand Partnerships – Digital Ad sales || Upto 40 LPA || Remote Jobs in Delhi, India at Talentiser
We're looking for a highly motivated Brand Partnerships professional (ideally with Media Industry
background) to own and drive company’s revenue and be responsible for new business
development.
The role is for someone who understands how brands want to show up in culture today – through
creators, communities, and content – and can translate that into strategic partnerships for the brand.
What you’ll do:
-Revenue & Pipeline ownership:
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of brand partnerships to meet revenue targets
• Identify high-potential brands, agencies and marketing leaders aligned with brand's
offerings
• Drive end to end new business development, from outreach to deal closure
-Strategic Outreach:
• Identify and connect with brand decision makers, marketing heads and agency partners
• Lead outreach initiatives to introduce brand's creator-led marketing solutions.
• Work closely with the internal strategy and creative teams to develop compelling pitches
and proposals
-New Business Development:
• Proactively identify new brand opportunities across categories
• Leverage industry relationships, events and networking to expand brand ecosystem
• Build a consistent lead pipeline through outbound outreach
-Negotiation & Deal closure:
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate campaigns, long-term partnerships and
branded content collaborations
• Drive deals from proposal stage to contract closure and onboarding.
• Ensure agreements align with both client goals and brand's business objectives
-Relationship Management:
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at partner organizations
to understand their objectives and needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership proposals and pitch decks.
• Foster long-term relationships with partners to drive repeat business and ongoing
collaboration.
What we are looking for:
• 6+ years of Ad sales experience at a media company/agency, having been responsible for
selling content solutions/advertising campaigns/ad slots to brands
• Experience in developing leads through a variety of methods making professional
presentations and writing compelling proposals to close sales and exceed goals
• Good existing network and connections with brands and agencies across India
• Ability to develop leads through outbound outreach, networking and relationship building
