Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Management
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketing channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align brand messaging with business goals.
  • Content Creation (In-house)
  • Lead the development of high-quality brand content across platforms.
  • Plan and execute engaging content aligned with brand voice and audience interests.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce creative assets.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships
  • Identify and manage strategic brand collaborations.
  • Build partnerships with relevant brands, creators, and organizations to expand reach.
  • Plan co-branded campaigns and cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Influencer Management
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers and content creators.
  • Manage influencer relationships, campaign planning, and execution.
  • Track performance and ROI of influencer campaigns.
  • Long-form Video Content / Series
  • Conceptualize and manage long-form video content initiatives such as:
    • Brand Campaigns
    • “Life in a Startup” (Behind-the-scenes storytelling)
  • Coordinate with production teams for scripting, shooting, and editing.
  • Social Media Campaigns
  • Plan and execute innovative social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends and integrate them into marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of content platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
