We are looking for a passionate and driven Brand Manager to lead the marketing strategy and brand expression for two distinctive homeware identities — House of Capricorn and Fashion Clinic Home. WHO YOU ARE:
You are a brand storyteller with a sharp commercial instinct. You understand what it means to build desire around a product, and you bring structure and clarity to creative processes without losing the spark. You are energised by working across teams, comfortable owning a budget, and genuinely inspired by the world of premium living and design.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Actively collaborate in the development of the annual marketing plan and take ownership of its timely, high-quality execution across both brands;
- Own and manage the marketing budget for both House of Capricorn and Fashion Clinic Homeware, ensuring resources are allocated strategically and spend is tracked and optimised;
- Prepare creative briefs for all teams involved and ensure the timely delivery of assets to each stakeholder;
- Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, Creative, Operations, Merchandising, PR and other departments to identify new opportunities for brand awareness and sales growth;
- Ensure the correct implementation of planned actions, monitoring processes and keeping all parties aligned towards shared objectives;
- Champion alignment with the customer profile and the unique DNA of Fashion Clinic Homeware and House of Capricorn;
- Manage the brand agenda — including seasonal product cycles, special collections, brand collaborations, events, and key commercial moments;
- Analyse results across both brands and implement continuous improvements informed by data and market insight.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years in brand or marketing roles;
- Experience in the luxury market;
- Homeware background preferred;
- Fluent in English;
- Marketing budget management;
- Strong cross-functional collaborator;
- Canva proficient;
- Adobe Creative Suite preferred;
- Availibility to work onsite in our Lisbon office.
