Job Description
Full responsibility for the brand strategy, brand language, and customer experience across all touchpoints. The role combines creative, content, product, marketing, and business growth responsibilities, alongside managing internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and brand language.
- Lead creative direction and content across all marketing channels.
- Own the customer experience, product launches, packaging, and brand activations.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Performance, and E-commerce teams to drive growth objectives.
- Lead the Retention strategy and Customer Loyalty Club.
- Manage a team including Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Customer Loyalty Club, and Design.
- Work closely with vendors, agencies, and content creators.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Creative roles.
- Experience leading a consumer brand; significant advantage for E-commerce / D2C experience.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, content creation, and creative thinking abilities.
- Experience working in a data-driven environment alongside strategic brand and business thinking.
- Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and the ability to write specification documents.
- Affinity for the Beauty, Wellness, and Lifestyle industries is an advantage.
