This is a highly visual, active, and social role where your creativity and personality are your greatest professional assets. You won't be managing software or hiding behind emails; you will be the life of the campaign on the ground.
The Day-to-Day Creative Execution:
- Live Event Production: Bring our clients' brands to life by hosting live, interactive promotional pop-ups inside prominent Austin retail hubs and high-traffic shopping centers.
- The Human Connection: Initiate fun, authentic conversations with shoppers. You will be responsible for capturing their attention, answering their questions, and creating an engaging shopping experience that leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Event Logistics & Aesthetics: Manage the visual setup and merchandising of the promotional space, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring our client’s brand values are perfectly represented.
- Collaborative Huddles: Work daily alongside our energetic team at the office to share customer insights, play music, practice communication techniques, and map out the day's goals.
