The Role
We're hiring a Paid Media Specialist to own client accounts across our portfolio. Your day-to-day is managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end: strategy, setup, tracking, optimisation and reporting, all working toward better lead quality, more sales and measurable growth.
A big part of the role is supporting the creative for paid social, the hooks, angles and concepts that make the ads actually work, briefing our creative team and steering what we shoot. You'd be an early and important hire as we grow the team, supported by the founder but trusted to run your accounts with real ownership.
What You'll Be Doing
Campaign Management
- Manage Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns across a portfolio of clients.
- Build campaigns properly – keywords, structure, audiences, creatives, targeting.
- Working on paid social creative ideas, hooks, angles and concepts alongside our creative team.
- Think commercially – work backwards from sales targets, not just leads.
Performance Reporting
- Writing performance reports that show clients what's driving results and what to do next.
- Turn the numbers into plain insights and actions, not just charts.
- Work with client CRMs, websites and tracking to follow the full funnel from click to sale.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years managing paid media campaigns, preferably at a digital agency.
- In-house experience at a national service or trade business is also equally valued.
- Strong paid social and creative thinking is crucial for this role.
- Lead Gen experience – you understand click-to-closed deals, and can track it in a CRM.
- Hands-on experience with GTM, GA4 and Looker Studio is highly desirable.
- Self-starter who takes ownership of their work and their clients.
What You'll Get
- Salary: €40,000 – €50,000
- Remote-first, with 1-2 days a week at our Dublin coworking space and flexibility built in
