The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work at URGO Group’s, a French Pharmaceutical Laboratory which opened its office near 30 years ago in Vietnam. The Group has 3 separate business units, Consumer Healthcare, Medical Care (MC), and Medical Technology. You will join our 90+ people team and focus on Consumer Healthcare business. We provide health solutions to consumers, patients, and healthcare professionals.

Job Description
We are growing our digital & e-commerce team and are looking for a Brand Content Specialist to own the visual and content of our brands across social media, e-commerce platforms, and our website. You will be the hands-on creative engine turning brand strategy into scroll-stopping, conversion-driving content.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design visuals and social media posts (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada etc.) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign calendars
- Lead the redesign and ongoing content updates of the www.urgo.vn website
- Collaborate closely with the E-commerce Specialist and KOL/KOC Specialist to align content with affiliate, KOL/KOC, and livestream campaigns
- Ensure visual and message consistency across all brand touchpoints, adapting content to local trends and platform formats
- Track content performance (engagement, CTR, conversion) and iterate based on data
- Manage relationships with design/creative agencies and freelancers as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content/visual design, brand content, or e-commerce content roles
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada) and social content formats
- Good written and visual storytelling skills; sensitivity to brand tone and category codes
- Fluent English and Vietnamese
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, comfortable managing multiple deliverables and deadlines
- In tune with digital sphere trends
- Experience in the health & beauty industry (dermo-cosmetics, skincare, pharma) is a plus
